Graduate Engineer Development Scheme (GEDS)

Graduate Engineers are fundamental to the progression and development of our engineering capabilities and through our industry-leading Graduate Engineer Development Scheme (GEDS) we ensure they are developed to be the best in the industry. GEDS is a two-year scheme and is fully accredited by the Institute of Mechanical Engineers in the UK. It has been developed and continually supported by Acergy Engineering experts. The scheme involves both on and off the job development and exposes Engineers to a variety of engineering disciplines and elements of project execution including dedicated offshore opportunities.
The GEDS provides an environment which promotes and supports the development of your knowledge, skills and expertise. GEDS will take you on a developmental journey which will be challenging but will also be rewarding, exciting and fun.

Acergy is currently recruiting Graduate Engineers to participate on the Graduate Engineering Development Scheme (GEDS) in a number of countries across the globe. We are looking for graduates primarily with Mechanical, Civil or Structural Engineering Degrees and the following qualities and skills:
