mtnMTN Nigeria, Africa’s leading Telecom provider is recruiting for an Administrator Sales & Financial Control to be based  in Lagos Nigeria, under the MTN’s department of Sales and Distribution, he or she will be reporting directly to the Senior Manager-Sales Support & Financial Control

The ideal candidate will posess a good first degree or equivalent from a reputable institution

  • Job Description

  • Provide administrative support to staff
  • Develop and maintain an efficient documentation and filing (electronic and hard) process
  • Facilitate departmental provisioning
  • Coordinate travel documents and approvals for the department
  • Order, stock, and distribute office supplies for the department
  • Maintaining Petty cash for daily/weekly administrative purposes
  • Raise all requisitions for the department
  • Manages staff requests such as facilities and IS devises
  • Provide general support services within the department
  • Answer and route telephone calls
  • Greet and direct visitors as well as take messages when necessary
  • Answer and maintain a log of routine inquiries as required
  • Communicate general information and distribute correspondence and other material to staff within the department
  • Opens and routes incoming mail
  • Perform all sorts of routine typing assignments as appropriate; be proficient in the use of a personal computer to draft basic correspondence, enter data, and print letters, labels, reports, and/or other materials; types and mails form letters.
  • Make copies or duplicate materials as requested
  • Oversee day-to-day operation of copy machine; prepare and transmit facsimiles for the department.
  • Schedule or assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and/or conferences.
  • Cross-examine documents for the Senior Manager’s review to ensure quality control and compliance to MTNN S&D policies.
  • Collate monthly activity report from the units or the SM
  • Coordinate the activities of the office assistants in the unit
  • Maintaining customer database of information on Trade Partners and preparing daily and weekly report.
  • Perform quality control checks on SM and other units’ presentations to ensure proper formatting and elimination of errors.
  • Coordinate the organization for social events connected to the sales support & financial control and the unit. This includes preparing cost estimates, managing the budgets and coordinating all activates for the success of the program.
  • Job Conditions:

    Working 5 days per week with some late/early and weekend working activities Based in Lagos with infrequent travel Standard MTNN working conditions Open plan office. Minimum qualification is 2.2 or equivalent
