Sona Agro Allied Foods Limited is one of the group companies of the “Pride of Africa” of the Sona Group of Nigeria. The Company and the Factory is situated in 1 Km, Ijoko road, Sango Ota of Ogun State, where most of the other group companies are situated.

We are recruiting to fill the following positions below:

Job Title: Production Manager/Shift Manager
Location: Sango Ota, Ogun

Job Descriptions

• Independently handle the entire manufacturing process from RM PM man power planning, training discipline, hygiene and housekeeping etc.
• Overseeing production process, target achievement and wastage control.

Requirements

• Candidate should possess a graduate qualification
• Must have at least 10 years experience in Biscuit industry
• Age between 35-45 years

 

Job Title: Shift Supervisor (Store, Mixing, Moulding, Oven, Packing)
Location: Sango Ota, Ogun

Job Descriptions

• Supervising the entire work/process from RM PM requirements, man power control, training, discipline hygiene and housekeeping etc.
• Supervising production and maintenance process during shift.

Requirements

• Candidate should possess a graduate qualification
• Must have at least 10 years experience in Biscuit industry
• Age between 30-40 years

 

Job Title: Oven Operator
Location: Sango Ota, Ogun

Job Descriptions

• To operate gas and diesel fired oven and to do preventive maintenance.
• To ensure wastage control/zero wastage from oven

Requirements

• Candidate should possess relevant qualification
• Must have at least 5 years experience in Oven operation, Biscuit industry.
• Age between 30-40 years

 

Job Title: Moulder/Cutter Operator
Location: Sango Ota, Ogun

Job Descriptions

• To operate and maintain high speed biscuit moulding or cutting machine
• To ensure wastage control/zero wastage from moulder/cutter

Requirements

• Candidate should possess relevant qualification
• Must have at least 5 years experience in moulder/cutter
• Age between 30-40 years

 

Job Title: High Speed Wrapping Machine Operator
Location: Sango Ota, Ogun

Job Descriptions

• To operate and maintain high speed biscuit wrapping machine.
• To ensure wastage control/zero wastage during wrapping.

Requirements

• Candidate should possess relevant qualification
• Must have at least 5 years experience in wrapping machine operation
• Age between 30-40 years

 

Job Title: Mechanical Supervisor
Location: Sango Ota, Ogun

Job Descriptions

• Supervising the entire mechanical technicians team, shift activity, Root Cause Analysis ability, planning of weekly P.M etc.
• Ability to carry out project and in-house development work.

Requirements

• Candidate should possess relevant qualification
• Must have at least 10 years experience in Biscuit industry.
• Age between 30-40 years

 

Job Title: Mechanical Technician
Location: Sango Ota, Ogun

Job Descriptions

• Sound knowledge about Mixers, SILO, Conveyors, Oven and other biscuit machineries
• Ability to work independently and ensuring minimum break down.

Requirements

• Candidate should possess relevant qualification
• Must have 8-10 years experience in Biscuit industry.
• Age between 25-35 years

 

Job Title: Electrical Technician
Location: Sango Ota, Ogun

Job Descriptions

• Ability to maintain, repair and service the PLC based machinery, SILO system and Utility machinery.
• Ability to work independently and ensuring minimum break down.

Requirements

• Candidate should possess relevant qualification
• Must have 8-10 years experience in Biscuit industry.
• Age between 25-35 years

 

Job Title: Electrical Supervisor
Location: Sango Ota, Ogun

Job Descriptions

• Supervising the entire Electrical technicians team, shift activity, Root Cause Analysis ability, planning of weekly P.M etc.
• Experience in H.T.L.T equipment, PLC based SILO system, Utility equipment etc.

Requirements

• Candidate should possess relevant qualification
• Must have 8-10 years experience in Biscuit industry.
• Age between 30-40 years
