A Highly reputable and leading Law firm with its principal office in Victoria Island, Lagos State, seeks to recruit Lawyers for its Lagos and Abuja offices.

Lagos Office: A Commercial Transactions lawyer

Job Requirements: 

• High quality experience mainly in commercial transactions

• A good Second Class degree in Law obtained from a reputable institution

• At least 8 years Post Qualified Experience gained at reputable law firms

• Excellent oral and written communication skills and an ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner

• Excellent research skills

• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail

• Good client relationship/interpersonal skills

• A proactive approach to risk management and problem solving

• Ability to work confidently, independently and interact at all levels of the organisation

• Good Microsoft Office skills

• Experience in commercial transactions

• Team and goal oriented attitude

• Relevant postgraduate degrees/professional qualifications and/or experience in international markets would be an advantage 

Abuja Office:  A lawyer with high quality experience particularly in dispute resolution.

Job Requirements: 

• High quality experience mainly in dispute resolution

• A good Second Class degree in Law obtained from a reputable institution

• At least 8 years Post Qualified Experience gained at reputable law firms

• Excellent oral and written communication skills and an ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner

• Excellent research skills

• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail

• Good client relationship/interpersonal skills

• A proactive approach to risk management and problem solving

• Ability to work confidently, independently and interact at all levels of the organisation

• Good Microsoft Office skills

• Must have litigation experience both at the High court and at the Appellate courts

• Team and goal oriented attitude
