Pathcare is now recruiting for Client Service Officer to be based in Abuja Nigeria.

Description:

• To aggressively sell the company’s services and increase number of clients (potential and existing clients)

• To ensure service delivery is consistent and maintained at established standards.

• Identify and resolve client concerns (escalate as required)

• Follow up to ensure corrective action is taken to solve client complaints

• Organise presentations to hospitals, associations, e.t.c

• Represent the company at various community and/or business meetings

• Monitor and analyze sales activity and Generate reports on weekly activities

Qualifications:

* University degree/equivalent in Science Subject area

* Experience in sales and marketing

* Respect for individuals, Customer focused, Team worker

* Communication skills – written, oral and listening

* Innovative – creative thinker

* Ability to priorities and work within tight deadlines
