Nature Udoh and The Gang, A brand consulting/Info tech company with head office in Uyo needs a highly resourceful and self motivated individual to fill the position as: : A Confidential Secretary/Personal Assistant (to the Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer)

Job Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive secretarial services, which include dealing with day-to-day correspondence (via verbal, mails, emails, telephones etcs) and appointments
Maintain strict confidentiality in handling correspondence, records and information, and ensure the confidentiality of such information
Responsible in maintaining & updating internal & external meeting appointments
Organize Head of Department work dairies & coordinate meetings arrangement if needed
Record minutes of meetings and manage company events as necessary
Draft letters, documents and memos as requested
Maintain systematic filing of documentations
Assist the director in day to day duties or in ad-hoc projects or assignments

Job Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least OND
Must be proficient in English
Must be proactive, possess high confidentiality level and able to interact with all levels of management, staff and clients.
Mature, peasant personality with good interpersonal communication skills.
Possess high degree of integrity and professionalism, meticulous and able to meet stringent deadlines.
Able to work independently, self-motivation and have good documents management skills.
