Counsel Vacancies: Lagos State Govt

The Lagos State Government requires the services of experienced State Counsel for the following positions:

Principal State Counsel, Grade Level 12
Must possess an LLB, BL, minimum of five years post call cognate experience be a Senior State Counsel who has spent at least two years on the Grade Level.

Senior State Counsel, Grade Level 10
Must possess LLB, BL, minimum of two years post call cognate experience and be a State Counsel who has spent at least one year on the Grade Level

Interested applicants are to submit their written applications and completed forms obtained from the Lagos State Civil Service Commission website: http://www.lagosstate.gov.ng/ not later than 20th November 2009. Appointment is normally on probation which may be confirmed after two years of satisfactory service. The posts are pensionable.
