Creative Associates International: Chief of Party, Nigeria

Based in Washington, DC, the firm has a field presence in 20 countries worldwide.

We are seeking a Chief of Party (COP) for a project based in Nigeria. The COP will oversee a civil society strengthening program and will be the technical and administrative supervisor of all project activities.

Job Requirements:
Master’s Degree;
Minimum of 10 yrs of demonstrated experience in the successful implementation of international development activities;
Demonstrated experience working with civil society development;
Demonstrated working experience in Sub-Saharan Africa, Nigerian experience highly desireable;
Knowledge of Nigerian culture, politics and economic contexts;
Familiarity with USAID policies and procedures;
Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
