Job Description

  • The Hardware Services Delivery Manager (HDM) role resides within the regional organization in Customer Unit (CU), local company or regional level.
  • The purpose of the role is to be fully operationally responsible for the Hardware Services delivery within own organization. In order to handle this responsibility the HDM needs to make sure that contractual Service Delivery targets are met and drive improvement programs for cost optimizations and processes and tools in line with Hardware services operational plan.

Responsibilities & Tasks

  • Drive local company delivery.
  • Secure Communication and Cooperation.
  • Adapt Hardware Services strategies.
  • Supervising Hardware Services performance.
  • Securing service agreements.
  • Follow up on regional HWS financial accountability.
  • Handle the HWS regional delivery responsibility.
