Position Title: Senior Advisor (Public-Private Partnerships)
Location Nigeria
Daily Responsibilities Senior Advisor (Public-Private Partnerships) will work with the Chief of Party, Director of Programs, and other Project staff to provide technical assistance for the project’s private sector initiatives. She/he will manage logistics between the project, donor, public sector partners and the private sector to properly utilize core competencies of the public and private sectors for improved implementation of social sector (health and education) programs and initiatives. She/he will be responsible for developing communication and institutional mechanisms to maintain public-private partnerships on health and education initiatives, including partnerships with the international business community.
Years of experience (min) 12+ years experience working with the organized private sector in Nigeria in a mid-senior level management position.
Degree MBA, MPA, MSc in Business Administration, Marketing, Organizational Development, Communication or any other relevant social science discipline.
Skills Knowledge and expertise in working with senior government officials, senior officials in the private sector and other relevant stakeholders in establishing, fostering or managing public private partnerships including engagement in corporate social responsibility initiatives.
In addition to the specific experience requirements outlined above, Senior Advisor and Program Officers will also demonstrate:

•Excellent leadership qualities.
•Strong problem-solving, interpersonal, communication, presentation, organization and writing skills
•Computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
