Galaxy Backbone Plc, is a public enterprise of the Federal Government with the mission to operate a unified information and communication technology (ICT). Our client wishes to fill the following vacant positions.

Job Title: Head, Security
Reporting to Chief Human Resource and Administration Officer.

Job Objectives
To provide physical security and safety for employees, key facilities and assets of the company

Job Responsibility:
– Oversee a network of security operatives and vendors.
– Identify protection goals, objectives and metrics consistent with corporate strategic plan.
– Manage the development and implementation of company security policy.
– Physical protection responsibilities will include asset protection and workplace violence prevention.
– Oversee incident response planning investigation of security breaches.
– Work with outside consultants as appropriate for independent security audits.

Job Requirements
– Education – First Requirement
-Retired army personnel Major-Colonel

Key Competency Requirements Knowledge
• Knowledge of all aspects of security
• Knowledge of Nigerian legal procedure
• Previous experience in security matters
