JOB DESCRIPTION

Strategy
 Develop and implement appropriate strategies that ensure the organization achieves its business objectives.
 Strategy support for the overall process of management and corporate decision-making to ensure the organisation maximises its short, medium and long-term profitability and returns to its stakeholders.
 Liaise with other heads on the implementation of the company’s strategic and operational plans developed.
 Ensure that the strategic objectives are well understood and executed by the heads of department.

Human Resource Management
 Oversee the human resources function
 Provide advice on HR matters to the management team, including the development and review of relevant HR strategies, policies and procedures;
 Provide advice and guidance on organisational development matters
 Promote a positive organizational culture

Administrative
 Oversee the general administration of the organization so that its key objectives are met;
 Ensure the proper monitoring of the day-to-day operations of the organization.
 Supervise the formulation and implement of Administrative policies and guidelines
 Oversee preparation of Monthly Action Plans and Activity Reports for staff
 To monitor the progress and take necessary corrective measure

Financial Management
 Oversee the finance function, ensuring proper administration of the organization’s
 financial affairs
 Advising and assisting on budget and financial planning strategies
 Monitoring and revising the budget in line with changing demands and projected out-turns; and preparing the annual financial statements
 To ensure effective control and management of the organization’s income and
 expenditure
 Ensure the provision of meaningful, accurate and timely management accounting
 and performance measurement information

Educational Qualification
First degree from a reputable higher institution, an MBA and professional qualification (ACA, ACIPM)

Experience: Minimum 7 years work experience,
