Job Title: Hotel Duty Manager

Job Location: Anambra
Industry: Hospitality & Leisure

Job Description
• Managing the premises on a daily basis
• Management of junior staff which includes compiling of staff rosters, stock control, placing orders, etc
• Managing the bar, restaurant and conference areas, along with general hotel and reception duties

Knowledge and Skills Required
• Must have at least 4 years’ experience in events or hotel background
• Must have a minimum of OND/ HND degree in any relevant discipline
• Must be customer-focused with strong people management skills
• Must be a natural leader with good communication skills
• Must have a passion for the hospitality industry and driving sales through effective training and customer service
• Must have a high standard of personal presentation and be able to exceed the highest arena of customers
• Must possess the ability to remain calm under pressure
• Must Possess both interpersonal and leadership skills
