Job Description:

  • The hotel manager will be responsible for the entire hotel operations.
  • The call center agents will receive and welcome every calls coming into the hotel lines.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum ND
  • Minimum 1year working experience.
  • Good staff/customers managerial skills.
  • Relationship management.
  • Time and self management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Must have knowledge of every departments including (sales, F and B,
  • Security, room division, etc.
  • Must be proficient in budgeting.
  • Good leadership skills
  • Fluency in English and good communication skills
  • Good record keeper
  • Handling all correspondence including postal and email inquiries relating to customers and tax.
  • Ability to multitask
