KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:
Graduate degree required
Experience with at least 6 years within an HR candidate role
Appropriate people management qualification
The ability to develop and maintain excellent working relationships
Experience of effective challenging and influencing at senior manager/ director level
Experience of managing significant organizational change
Experience of providing a consultancy and contracting service
Experience of developing HR strategy in line with business needs
Experience of working in a uniozed environment
A team player
Commercially focused
Experience of advising on employee relations issues
