Job Title: Learning Consultant

Responsibilities: The person will be responsible for-

• Business management and competence consulting
• Regional learning service sales
• Training suppliers
• Training co-ordination
• Designing learning programmes and solutions for Huawei’s customers
• Marketing business learning solutions
• Support sales team in the process of selling business learning solutions
• Manage delivery of business learning solutions

Requirements:

• At least 5 years work experience where at least 3years is in training/business consulting
• Bachelor’s Degree and above
• A combination of strong business acumen and communication skills, able to engage customers’ management at all levels and understand their issues and needs.
• Good consulting skills, solution designing skills and resource investigating skills.
• Willing to travel at short notice
• Telecom industry understanding is a plus
• Good understanding of adult learning theories and practices
