Program officer (Nutrition)
Education/Experience:
Masters Degree in Nutritional Sciences; Bachelors Degree in the health sciences. Experience in working with adult and pediatric populations required. Must possess analytic skills to carry out nutritional program evaluations is a plus. Minimum of 7 years experience.
Key Areas Of Responsibility
- Support the program’s nutrition initiatives and other wrap around complementary services.
- Initiate nutritional interventions.
- Develop nutritional guidelines and SOP for implementation of ACTION Meal and supplements or therapeutics.
- Curriculum and tool development for nutritional assessment and interventions.
- Take leadership in ACTION’s nutrition program evaluation.
