IITA Jobs in Nigeria (Project Officer)

IITA, seeks to increase agricultural production in a sustainable way in order to improve the nutritional status and well-being of people in tropical Sub-Saharan Africa.

The International Institute of Tropical Agriculture seeks suitable candidates for the following positions at the Institute’s Kano Station and Headquarters in Ibadan.

Project Officer – 2 rears renewable contract

Duties:
Prepare projects financial statement, review and amend accounting procedures, prepare and upload journals and supervise subordinates and perform other duties assigned by the supervisor

Qualification and experience
Minimum of BS.c/HND Accounting or ICAN PE II plus 8 years post-qualification experience in the financial office of a large organization is required.
Knowledge of computer Spreadsheet & Oracle is required.
