Job Title: Graduate Security Associate

Responsibilities

  • Collate and validate intelligence, evaluate the reliability of sources and credibility of information
  • Build up intelligence pictures for warehouse operations
  • Identify potential loopholes within operations cycle that might lead to theft and recommend appropriate action.
  • Liaise and collaborate with security agencies where necessary to further investigate theft cases and fraud attempts
  • Support security team in other areas to achieve its targets and goals etc
  • Delivery of information in formal reports or as presentations and desk-level briefings
  • Support police investigation, file complaints at the police station and following up with court cases

Key Performance Indicators

  • Theft prevention, Case documentation and analysis
  • Guards training and process improvement
  • Court case reports and follow-ups
  • Effective guards supervision & monitoring
  • CCTV evaluation, monitoring & footage analysis/investigation

Qualification & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any field from a recognised and accredited University or equivalent
  • 2 years relevant experience working in a large organization
  • Security background
  • Relevant security training is a plus
  • Must have completed NYSC

Job Title: Image Editor and Optimizer

Responsibilities

  • Edit product images for all the categories on the website
  • Create content banners and edit images for a wide range of purposes and audiences for the company’s website and ensure that content is fresh, up to date.
  • Lead and advise the web content team
  • Manage appropriate retention of files stored on the website and assist web champions in sourcing and editing visually striking and relevant images in Photoshop to enthuse and excite users of the website.
  • Create and upload images and other embedded content.
  • Report regularly on website usage and seek to improve search engine optimization (SEO).
  • Work with the Communications and Media Officer to coordinate the company’s media presence

Competencies Required:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Power point) tools
  • Working knowledge of Google Office Productivity Tools.
  • In-depth knowledge of relevant design softwares and  tools
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and presentation skills with the confidence to explain and sell ideas to clients and colleagues
  • Passion and enthusiasm for photography, with a creative flair

  • Time management skills and the proven ability to manage several projects simultaneously and under pressure
  • Accuracy and attention to detail when finalizing editing

Qualification & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Arts/ Design, Visual Art, Fine Art or related field from a recognised and accredited University
  • 0- 1 years’ experience working in a fast-paced corporate environment is an advantage
  • Relevant Professional Certification is also a plus

Job Title: Manager, Fixed Assets and General Ledger

Job Description

  • The Manager, Fixed Assets and General Ledger will be responsible for ensuring that fixed assets, prepayments, accruals and also the company’s accounts receivable position are properly stated.

Responsibilities
Fixed Assets:

  • Ensure all fixed assets are properly created and invoiced on Navision
  • Monthly depreciation procedures
  • Reconciliation of fixed assets register to GL
  • Record all disposals of fixed assets in Navision

General Ledger:

  • Maintain an accurate prepayment schedule
  • Ensure monthly amortization of prepayments on Navision
  • Ensure that payroll is accrued at the end of each month
  • Ensure all monthly accruals e.g. payroll, tax, etc are accurately recorded on Navision
  • Monthly reconciliation of Inventory Accounts

Competencies Required:

  • Microsoft Office Tools (Word, Excel)
  • Ability to manage payments on Bank Payment Portals
  • Flexibility and Honesty are key
  • Great attention to details, self-motivation, time management and a high level of discipline are key
  • Excellent Numerical and Analytical skills

Qualification and Experience

  • A B.Sc in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or equivalent from a recognised and accredited University
  • Professional Qualification like ICAN, ACCA, ACA is an added advantage
  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience working in a fast-paced corporate environment preferably in a similar role
