Head, Tax Administration (HTA)

Job objective
To provide advisory support and guidance in consideration of tax consequences and implications for all the bank’s transactions and operations while effectively developing and managing a tax management framework which Involves preparing, amending, and filing corporate and required tax returns on federal, state and local levels.

Requirements
-A first degree preferably in finance/numerate field;
– A professional accounting qualification (ACCA, ACA, CIMA etc)
-Membership of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN) would be an advantage
-A minimum of 10 years relevant experience especially in tax management. This must include experience in financial/management accounting
-Knowledge and experience in product design and development would be an advantage

Head, Brand Management (HBM)

Job objectives:
Planning and managing the media budget by conducting consumer research in support of new product development, communication and overseeing advertising and promotional activities development to ensure fiscal responsibility and favorable brand reputation.

Requirements
– A first degree in any discipline, an MBA equivalent is useful
-At least 10 years experience in the field of brand communication, product knowledge and reasonable banking experience is nice to have.
-Innovative, Creative, Versatile, good people skills, product knowledge and banking experience o In-depth knowledge of the local market, customers and competitors

Branch manager (BM)

Job objectives:
Coordinating the human and material resources in the branch and ensure that it is run profitably to the benefit of all Stakeholders

Requirements:
-First degree in any Business related discipline
-Masters In Business Administration, Economics or Banking & Finance, any other professional qualification is an added advantage
-6 years relevant experience; at least 4 of which must have been at a supervisory level with
experience in the marketing of financial services
-Good negotiation, problem-solving and conflict resolution
– Environmental/Industry analysis; Financial Analysis/Interpretation
– Banking Operations (Domestic & International Operations); strong strategic orientation

Zonal Co-ordinator (ZC)

Job objectives:
To provide a leadership and direction to assigned zone ensuring that the bank becomes a bank of choice for the various target markets within the Retail banking sector

Requirements:
-First degree in any Business related discipline
-Masters in Business Administration, Economics or Banking & Finance, any other professional qualification is an added advantage
-10 years relevant experience; at least 4 of which must have been at a supervisory level with experience in the marketing of financial services
-Deep knowledge of domestic and international banking operations
-Product/Market Competencies; Strategic Analysis, Financial Analysis; strong strategic orientation

Regional director (RD)

Job objective:
To provide a leadership and direction to assigned region, ensuring that the bank becomes a bank of choice for the various target markets within the Retail banking sector

Requirements:
-First degree In any Business related discipline
-Masters in Business Administration, Economics or Banking & Finance, any other
professional qualification is an added advantage
-12 years relevant experience; at least 6 of which must have been at a supervisory level with experience in the marketing of financial services
-Deep knowledge of domestic and international banking operations; Product/Market -Competencies Strategic Analysis, Financial Analysis; -Strong strategic orientation; leadership/Supervisory skills
