The Service Delivery Engineer (Team Lead) will be expected to manage the performance of our agreed services to clients and ensure service levels are achieved and maintained at all times as well as manage the activities of the unit members.
As a Service Delivery Engineer, you must be able to optimize the utilization of service resources by providing technical support (which may include where necessary, field demonstrations) via effective planning and as well manage the after-sales service with accompanying TQM (total quality management) standards and procedures. You will continually monitor the performance of your team and adjust action plans to achieve targets and growth. You will work closely with your colleagues in customer service, marketing/sales, business development as well as management/directors to develop customer specific service solutions.
Candidates must possess a minimum of a Bachelors Degree in Computer, Electronics or Communications Engineering with, at least, 2 years experience in a telco/service provider environment. Knowledge in network management tools such as Orion and Manage Engine will be an added advantage.
