Longman Nigeria: Regional Development Manager

Edexcel, a Pearson company, is the UK’s largest awarding body offering academic (IGCSE’s) and vocational qualifications (BTEC) to schools, colleges, employers and other places of learning in the UK and internationally.
We are seeking to appoint an outstanding individual to the new position of Regional Development manager in Nigeria.

THE ROLE
The Regional Development Manager reports to a Regional Director. The RDM will be responsible for:
Developing new business and assisting in strategic initiatives to enhance services to new and existing centres
The RDM will be expected to design, plan and implement new business plans, as well as embark on some local and international travels.

THE CANDIDATE
A Bachelor and Master Degree in related discipline
Outstanding oral and written communication skills
Energetic and innovative, with an enabling style of people management
A minimum of 5 – 10 years experience in a reputable organization
A professional, proactive and innovative approach, with a strong commercial focus and proven experience of business development
