Job Description
- Input accurate payroll transactions into the payroll system.
- Ensure that data is processed in accordance with timetabled payroll deadlines.
- Provide a timely customer service to client queries.
- Maintain computerized record systems for designated categories of staff.
- Maintain an up-to-date working knowledge of clients’ conditions of service for designated categories of staff, and provide consistent advice and support to clients based on this knowledge.
- Provide payroll expertise having regard to changes in regulations affecting payroll (such as Income Tax, National Insurance, Statutory Sick Pay etc).
Requirements
Experience should include:
- ICT Literacy, a strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
- Numerate and literate, with excellent accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to interpret and apply policy and procedures.
- Excellent communication skills in order to deal with customers using tact and diplomacy, and with their own employees in order to motivate and maintain good morale.

Job Title: Business Solutions Executive (Sales Rep)

Job Description
- The candidates are expected to prospect and secure new relationships within the organization’s target segments.
Responsibilities
Sell Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP)Software for business in the Education; Health and Retail segments
- Collaborate with key partners to penetrate existing and new customers.
- Map out corporate structure within each of your accounts identifying key decision makers
- Coordinate responses to Proposals and Competitive Bids.
- Drive project, solution and sales for targets and customer engagement solutions focusing on the small, medium and enterprise accounts.
- Attend client calls, lead presentations and facilitate “next-steps” to ensure deal closure.
- Build strong client loyalty through relationships and building trust.
- Work collaboratively with cross functional teams to drive revenue growth with new customers
Educational Requirement
- OND/HND Computer Science/Marketing (No BSC/MASTERS DEGREE)
- Experience in IT solution sales, marketing would be an added advantage
- Knowledge of and established relationships within the mobile and web technology industry would be an added advantage

- Proven sales skills with successful record of attaining or exceeding quotas
