Commercial Supervisor – APMT CIS (Lagos) – APM Terminals, Apapa, Nigeria
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

To drive sales and marketing performance in Nigeria
Ensure sales effectiveness and efficiency
Develop sales pipeline for Nigeria
Keep close records of competotors
Development of 3rd party business
Track and analyse market development in location
Assist cluster Commercial Manager with pipeline management
Market monitoring and market assessment
Handle customer queries, communication
Coordinate events where necessary
Local advertising and branding campaign
Create sales forecast
Rates and service negotiations
Lead sales/marketing initiatives, market assessment, identify target markets, and conduct customer/competitive intelligence
Identify target customer and positioning; and translate this into a integrated sales/marketing strategy

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

Analysing, monitoring and driving financial and non-financial targets

Driving and managing cusotmer’s value proposition to secure growth and a profitable sales development

Championing the development and deployment of best practices within sales and marketing by partnering with global, area and Cluster organizations

Proactively reinforce APM Group culture, values and repurtation by ensuring compliance with APM Group policies

Manage strategic business relationships with the key client to achieve profitable bottom line

Provide strategic direction for business promotion planning, developing information gathering systems and intefacing with clients.
