MTN Job Vacancy: Site Acquisition Officer (Ibadan)

MTN Nigeria is seeking for a suitable and qualified candidate for the post of a Site acquisition officer, this position is to be based at Ibadan, Oyo State of Nigeria, he or she reports to Site Acquisition Team Lead under the department of capital programs group, the ideal candidate is expected to have a first degree in Law or Estate Management

Reqquired Skills include:

At Least 3 years experience in related function preferably within a telecoms environment

Job Description:

• Establish contact and liaise with property owner
• Coordinate and attend the site survey with RF, and Construction Teams
• Review in conjunction with the technical team construction drawings and make necessary changes
• Negotiate and conclude acceptable lease agreements with Landlords of approved candidates sites
• Request and verify the Landlord’s title

• Ensure proper filing of site documents
• Resolve relevant site related complaints
• Database update
• Report on weekly activities
