Job Description:
- Develop and maintain an efficient documentation and filing (electronic and hard) process for the department /assigned manager
- Write minutes of meetings and produce memos of such for review
- Cross check documents for assigned manager’s review to ensure quality control and compliance to MTNN policies
- Handle internal and external correspondence as designated by assigned Manager
- Collate monthly activity reports from different units within the department for assigned manager’s review
- Processes all requisitions for the department /assigned Manager
- Respond to customer queries and requests on non-technical issues and escalate to the assigned Manager when necessary
- Coordinate logistics, preparing cost estimates and managing budgets for departmental programmes
- Manage day-to-day administration of the assigned Manager’s office and diary where applicable
- Make efficient travel arrangements for the assigned Manager/Team
- Perform other duties as assigned by the assigned Manager/Team
Required Skills:
- 1-2 years work experience
- Experience in an administrative capacity
A good first degree or equivalent from a reputable institution
