Job Description :

• Accounting includes remittances and reconciliation
• Usage of in-house network systems to handle job duties
• Performs bookkeeping duties including balancing reports to cash and checks received.
• Responsible for accountability of cash payments
• Responsible for preparing trading , profit & loss accounts
• Responsible for making cash payments
Customer Perspective
• Level of client satisfaction with quality of service delivery
• Speed of service delivery
• Percentage of new clients/projects

Internal Process Perspective
• Level of asset utilization
• Percentage of strategic projects completed on time and within budget
• Percentage of achievement of organizational targets and goals
• Time frame for issue resolution
• Average no of complaints regarding facilities/supplies/services (per time period)
• Level of employee satisfaction

Job Qualifications :

• At least six years of high quality relevant experience in a service company, three of which must be in a similar position.
• Experience in a Service Management company will be an added advantage
• A good first degree in Accounting , Accounting techniques
• Professional qualification (ICAN, ACCA , ACA) added advantage
• Must have experience with Financial accounting software
