Customer Perspective• identifying training and development needs within an organization through job analysis, appraisal schemes and regular consultation with business managers and human resources departments;• designing and developing training and development program based on both the organization’s and the individual’s needs;• considering the costs of planned program and keeping within budgets as assessing the return on investment of any training or development program is becoming increasingly important; • working in a team to produce program that are satisfactory to all relevant parties in an organization, such as line managers, accountants and senior managers at board level;• developing effective induction program;• conducting appraisals;• devising individual learning plans;• producing training materials for in-house courses;• managing the delivery of training and development program and, in a more senior role, devising a training strategy for the organization;• monitoring and reviewing the progress of trainees through questionnaires and discussions with managers;• ensuring that statutory training requirements are met;• evaluating training and development program;• amending and revising program as necessary, in order to adapt to the changes that occur in the work environment• Level of client satisfaction with quality of service delivery• Speed of service delivery• Percentage of new clients/projects Internal Process Perspective• Level of asset utilization• Percentage of strategic projects completed on time and within budget• Percentage of achievement of organizational targets and goalsEmployee Perspective• Level of employee satisfaction
Qualifications : • At least five years of high quality relevant experience in a service company, three of which must be in a similar position. • Experience in a Service Management company will be an added advantage • A good first degree in Economics or Management • Must have experience with human resource information system
