• Graduate from recognized University
• 10 years in Customer Service Industry, preferably in Automobiles
• You will have strong customer relation, negotiation skills and have the ability and confidence to resolve customer complaints
• You must be confident dealing with people both over the phone and face to face
• Excellent telephone handling skills and customer oriented approach.
• You will have extremely high standards of presentation
• Ability to perform under pressure.
• You must be multi-tasking and proactive.

Job Title: Trainee Technician

Location: Lagos

About You:

• Auto/Mech Diploma/ITI
• Fresh/diploma/ITIqualificati
