Job Requirements

• Good knowledge and experience of human resource matters especially recruitment and selection, personnel administration, grievance and disciplinary procedures, and possess good management skills.
• Possession of problem solving skills
• Must possess impeccable integrity with a great sense of responsibility
• Proficient in verbal and written communication and a good team player
• A good degree in Social Sciences.
• A post graduate qualification in a relevant discipline will be an added advantage
• 10 years HR experience preferably in a service company environment
• Ability to work under pressure whilst remaining focused and efficient.
