Association for Awareness Against Terrorism Child-Labour and Human Trafficking (3ATCH) is a non-profit and non-governmental organization that promotes socio-economic development by supporting global health, economic and social initiatives in Nigeria. We are seeking qualified candidates for the following positions:

PROGRAM OFFICER
The Program Officer will provide oversight, coordination, monitoring and reporting of all 3ATCH program activities in Nigeria. S/he will provide leadership on work plans, sub agreement amendments, periodic fund requests, and reporting. S/he is responsible for program planning, design, review and the monitoring of the program implemented nationally. H/She is accountable for judicious use of all resources entrusted with 3ATCH.

Minimum Recruitment Standards:
BS/BA in Business Administration, Public Health, Social sciences, Behavioral sciences or its recognized equivalent with 7 – 9 years of relevant experience with international development programs. Or MS/MA degree in public health, business administration, health sciences, behavioral sciences or its recognized equivalent with 5 – 7 years relevant experience with international development programs. Demonstrated success in multicultural environments is required. Familiarity with Nigerian public sector social and health systems, international donor organizations, NGOs and CBOs is required.
