Job Title: Fashion House Store Manager
Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos

Job Function/Role

• Directing, coordinating and planning essential central services for the growth of the business.
• Ensuring a day – day smooth running of the office business.
• Keeping staff safe;
• Coordinating and leading one or more teams to cover various areas of responsibility;
• Using performance management techniques to monitor and demonstrate achievement of agreed service levels and to lead on improvement;
• Responding appropriately to emergencies or urgent issues as they arise and dealing with the consequences;
• Managing general upkeep and maintenance;
• Managing company’s sales.
• She will be required to develop and implement standard administrative operations.

Requirements

• The candidates must possess HND/B.Sc. in any Degree from a reputable institution.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Eloquence, great dress sense and self-confidence are important parameters.
• Strong interpersonal skills and candidate must be fashion inclined.
• 2 years’ experience is required.
• Computer skills
• Excellent customer service skills

Remuneration
N70,000.00 negotiable.
