Job Title: Van Sales Man
Location:
Lagos, Nigeria

Job Descriptions

  • Prospect for new outlets and updates to call schedule
  • Calls to existing trade according to independent time plan
  • Ensure brand presence in all designated retail outlets
  • Achieve sales target for assigned areas
  • Delivery management within limits set by operations
  • Competitor insight
  • Accurate completion of company records e.g. invoices, sales reports, returns
  • Creation of a plan of action to raise sales.
  • Developed Customer relations, Volume, Credit, Plan quality, Plan execution quality in merchandising.

Requirements

  • Minimum of OND in Marketing or Social Sciences
  • Member of chartered institute of marketing is an added advantage
  • Minimum of (2) two years relevant experience preferably in the water business or in a fast moving consumer goods environment.
  • Computer literate with valid driving licenses
  • Master sales techniques
  • Be dynamic, sociable and assertive
  • Good self management skills
  • High initiative be independent, proactive and attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Job Title: Brand Manager
Location: Lagos

Job Description

  • An opportunity exists for a qualified Brand Manager to join Nigeria’s most dynamic beer company.
  • This role provides brand and commercial leadership for the relevant brand, ensuring alignment with relevant market strategy and/or alignment with regional/global brand strategies and integration with other key functions in the relevant market.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement integrated marketing and brand plans, integrating relevant insights and ensuring buy-in/support and commitment to the plans across the relevant market.
  • Ensure alignment for brand with market/regional priorities
  • Manage the budget for the brand within plan periods to deliver business goals.
  • Manage multiple internal and external stakeholders (including agencies) effectively, exerting influence where necessary to promote brand success.

Requirements
Qualifications / Experience & Skills Required:

  • Bachelors’ Degree (or its equivalent) in a commercial field.
  • 5 years’ experience in FMCG or Beer market environment in the Marketing field
  • Sound theoretical and practical knowledge of the marketing mix for FMCG
  • Practical experience managing a brand through 2 – 3 business cycles
  • Above average computer literacy and ability to manipulate data
  • Good communication skills
  • Presentation skills
