Job Description
Responsible for the day to day smooth running of the Private Equity Office in Nigeria
Broader Office management with managing the facilities and office equipment,
Maintenance of office expenses in line with company travel policy and procedure, in line with compliance regulations
Responsible for the time management, general secretarial function, administration, travel, expenses of team
Office Management
Subscriptions
Trouble shooting
Secretarial function :-
Typing
Corresponding with suppliers, internal staff, and high level internal staff from other branches worldwide by e-mail, telephone
Diary maintenance
Filing
Record keeping
Extensive travel, hotel bookings
Extensive expense claims
Handling of Foreign Currency and Petty Cash
Key Roles & Responsibilities
Internal

IT, Finance, Administration, Professionals,
External

Travel Agents, Hotels, Office Suppliers, Service Providers
PA¿s, High Level Professionals in various offices worldwide

Planning and Organising
Prioritization
Time Management

Although the majority of the work will be specified by the head, due to the nature of the job, the individual must be able to make quick decisions under pressure. Any rash decision, any impolite remarks may jeopardise the Divisions relationship with customers and the other staff members.

Qualifications & Skills
`A good undergraduate degree
At least 3 years in Finance Industry
Skilled in MS Office – Word, Excel PPT, Outlook
Good organisational skills essential
Good people skills and telephone manner

In compliance with the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) Act of 2004, all applicants should ensure that they have completed the mandatory NYSC programme. A discharge certificate will be required as evidence of completion of the programme. Where an exemption has been granted, a certificate of exemption will also be required.
