Job Description
*Receipt and registration of Shipping Documents.
*Uploading of documents prior to processing.
*Attending to all enquiries on shipping documents on a same day basis.
*Registration of all rejections on shipping documents received from the scanning agents.
*Advise of discrepancies and rejections to Customers on a same day basis.
*Ensure all documents for resubmission is treated and reports updated accordingly.
*Registration of all RAR received on a daily basis on the manual registers.
*Scanning of RAR to the customers and RM same day
*Endorsement of RAR
*Issuance of Certificate of Capital Importation (CCI)

Qualifications & Skills
A good BSc in Sciences or Social Sciences
