Our client in the Telecommunication Industry need qualified candidates to feel the above position.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITY
• Monitoring – Systems (OS and hardware), databases, application and user experience
• Service/Event Management
• Workload Automation
• Data Centre Automation
• Capacity and performance management and optimization
• Intelligent notification
• Call ticketing for the generated events
• Discovery and dependency mapping – Configuration Management System
• Availability Management

EDUCATIONAL AND SKILLS
• First degree in any discipline preferably computer science or any related science course.
• OS (either Unix or Windows) certification or at least 3 years’ experience
• BMC product certification or training
• Knowledge of other non BMC ESM tools
• ITIL v3 Foundation certification
• Good database administration knowledge
• Moderate experience in scripting
• At least 3 years’ experience in IT
• At least 2 years’ experience in the tool being supported
• Knowledge of IT Infrastructure
• Excellent troubleshooting skills
• Excellent team work skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Excellent technical and business report writing skills
• Good problem solving and analytical abilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Basic Project Management skills
• Technical Lead Requirements
• At least 5 years’ experience ESM and at least Admin level on 3 of the deployed tools – Trained
• Workload Automation Requirements
• BMC product training and certification on Workload Automation tools
