Job Description:
THE ROLE
• Oversee all elements of human resource management from HR strategy to operations as the most senior HR executive for the Manufacturing company
• Play the pivotal leadership role in organization design, recruitment, training/development, assessment/grading, compensation, HR information systems management and Expatriate Management
• Design, develop and implement a human resources strategy that will result in a strong performance culture and ensure that the company becomes an employer of choice.
• Advise the executive management team about human resources issues including recruitment, Succession planning and ongoing development of a superior workforce
• Implement services, policies, and programs through the Human Resources department.
• Oversee the general administration function including general office administration, SHE (Safety, Health and Environment) and Logistics.

QUALIFICATION
• Experience in Strategic human resources planning, organizational development, project management, reward management, HR Information Systems, employee and labour relations.
• Advanced Degree in Business, Social Sciences, Organizational Behavior or other relevant field. Fluency in English is essential.
• A minimum of seven years leadership experience with 3 years executive experience preferably in a manufacturing company or multinational; international experience is a plus.

Job Description:
THE ROLE
• The internal control manager will be responsible for creating the framework for internal control processes and ensure reliability of financial reporting in conjunction with other business units.
• Create audit engagements, on-site risk assessments and in-depth testing of ERP functions and controls,
• Ensure harmonization and uniformity of internal controls through the Internal Control Standards
• Establish and maintain the Control and Procedures manual
• Ensure consistency of assessment and monitoring approach through various internal control processes

QUALIFICATIONS
• First Degree in Accounting, Finance or relevant area.
• Must have ACCA CFA, CISA or other certifications or be willing to obtain within one year of joining the audit department. • Must possess strong experience as an internal control auditor.
• Strong financial modeling/valuation and analytical skills Excellent report writing skills
• Ability to lead a performance driven organisation and deliver results unfailingly
