Job Title Facilitator/Business Development Officer

Salary negotiable, depending on experience

Job Responsibilities:

 Ability to create content material as and when needed within defined
timeframe (Management & Soft Skills Related)

 Expertise in delivering facilitation within reasonable notice period

 Ability to enhance Information Technology in facilitation

 Organise and monitor online/e – learning courses

 Generate sales through company/own leads

 Conduct regular desktop/field research to determine industry
competition and what clients needs are

 Develops methods in which we can improve our service and ‘add on
value’ to our clients

 Identify & develop a list of potential Businesses/Customers/Clients with
a timeline of conversion to actual customers.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Minimum of Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum of 2 year experience
• Ability to utilise technology in executing daily work schedules
Good analytical skills
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Strong desire to meet customer’s ever changing demands
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Exceptional client interaction and relationship management skills
• Innovative approach to resolving challenges
