Acergy search Project Managers & Deputy Project Managers for fabrication and hook-up contracts in Nigeria and Angola.

The Project Manager/Deputy Project Manager will be responsible for ensuring that the contract is safely executed all in accordance with customer requirements and Acergy standards. Personal objectives will be set in terms of HSE and Quality, while achieving schedule constraints and financial goals.

The positions are located in country either on an expatriation or on mission basis, depending on the project needs.

The successful candidate shall have/be:

– 10 years of experience in project management in the oil & gas industry
– Engineering background
– Experience in contracting with customers and vendors
– Interpersonal skills
– Autonomous, rigorous and organised
– Be fluent in English (spoken and written).

Le Project Manager/Deputy Project Manager s’assure que l’exécution du contrat réponde aux exigences du client et aux standards d’Acergy. Il veille au respect du planning et du budget, tout en respectant les objectifs HSE et de qualité.
Selon les besoins du projet, les postes sont soit basés au Nigéria (ou en Angola), en expatriation, soit basés à Suresnes et soumis au régime de mission.

Profil recherché :

10 ans d’expérience dans le management de projets dans le secteur oil & gas, si possible dans l’offshore
Expérience dans la coordination des différentes disciplines et dans le management d’équipes multi culturelles.
Formation école d’ingénieur
Grand sens de la communication, de la négociation et de l’écoute
Autonome, rigoureux et organisé
Anglais courant
