Job Title: Human Resource Recruitment Officer
Location: Lagos (Remote)

Job Summary:

• We are currently on the lookout for a positive and motivated individual to join our growing team as a Human Resources Recruitment Officer.
• This is a remote position

Main Duties:

• Managing recruitment and selection processes, including writing and placing job adverts, collating applications, organising interviews, attending interviews and taking notes, and communicating interview outcomes for all applicants.
• Working closely with Line managers regarding recruitment needs and constant evaluation of immediate and longer-term recruitment needs.
• Ensure stringent right to work checks and responsibility for tracking visa expiry dates.
• Obtaining all work-related references.
• Coordinate with HR & Training Administrator regarding the setting up of personnel/training files for new starters and induction needs.
• Support with setting up new starters on Core HR and Core T&A biometric scanner.
• General HR administration and support with any ad hoc HR projects as required.

Requirements:

• HND / B.Sc in Business Administration or related field
• Minimum of 3 years experience in same role
• Hands on experience with various selection processes (video interviewing, phone interviewing, reference check etc)
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
• Experience in the continual development of talent pipelines and sourcing potential candidate
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
