The Sourcing Specialist role will work with our Recruiting Teams on vacant positions to understand and determine exact qualifications required for exempt position openings. This role will support our Head Office recruiting team based in Paris. Utilize a variety of sourcing techniques including name generation, resume mining, identification, candidate development, and competitive intelligence.
Develop the active and passive candidate pipeline in order to screen, qualify, and develop their interest in a new opportunity. Routinely creates greater candidate flow with passive population. Regularly utilizes external contacts and lead generators to maintain competitive intelligence, garner leads to new candidates and sources.

■Work with recruiters to create a pipeline of qualified candidates for required vacancies
■Utilize a variety of sourcing techniques including name generation, resume mining, identification, candidate development and competitive intelligence
■Will be responsible under supervision by HR Consultants, for Job postings on both local and international Job Portals to attract the right candidates for client’s mission in Adexen.
■Assist consultants in preparation of all necessary documents and assessment tools for interviews and online testing
Penetrate the passive candidate market from a variety of channels and sources
■Customers include: Resourcing Segment leads, recruiters, candidates & business leaders
■Maintain knowledge of traditional and nontraditional tools for research and sourcing. Tools include recruiting applicant tracking system (ATS), resume banks, company websites, associations, ZoomInfo, social networking sites through Source point, and the telephone.
■Rigorously follow the recruitment processes and accurately manage the candidates till resumption.
■Manage the databases for individual missions and constantly update it accordingly at each stage of the mission.
Qualifications et experience
■Bachelors/ Master Degree in human resources, business, related field.
■Well-developed interpersonal, organizational, analytical, decision-making, negotiation, problem-solving and communication skills.
■Excellent communication skills (Fluent in English is a must)
High-level of self management, Creative and quick thinking
■Good presentational, influencing and interpersonal skills essential.
■ Fluent in verbal and written English.
■Excellent Use of Excel, Power Point & other MS office packages.
