We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Facilitator in Power

Location: Lagos

Job Description

• Job involves impacting technical knowledge to skilled and unskilled workers from industrial sector, power sector and manufacturing sector, through the use of modern training aids, simulation.

Task

• Ensure the timely preparation of manuals
• Manage power and equipments
• Repair electrical faults on facilities
• Development of manual for various courses
• Foresee technical logistics
• Advice on technical training equipment for efficient delivering of courses
• Conduct recruitments interview for technical personnel

Job Requirements

• Candidate must have gone through NAPTIN training
• Ability to develop training curriculum
• Ability to facilitate effectively
• Ability to develop training proposals technically
• Ability to develop new courses
• Ability to coordinate training programmes and follow up where necessary
• Any other duty as may be assigned
• Must have B.Sc/B.END/HND in electrical engineering
• Must have 3-5 years experience is required

Job skills:

• Effective communication skill
• Fast learner in non-skilled areas
• Computer appreciation – Ms word, power-point, excel
• Electrical/electronic designing, maintenance and troubleshooting
