• Coaching and Management of team members to meet a designated target and achieve positive results.

Requirements

• Candidate must have a minimum of three(3) years working experience from a reputable insurance company with production evidences
• Candidate must be resilient and goal oriented.
• Candidate must have a good leadership skill, and ability to manage team to deliver expected results.
