- B.Sc in Sciences or Engineering.
- 4-7yrs experience.
- Experience in change management, releases of applications, champion change management across IT and the business.
- Understands the SDLC process.
Job Title: Head, Hotel Marketing
- First Degree is needed, hospitality background and experience is a must. 6-9years work experience.
- Digital & Social media marketing, team management, leader and ability to meet targets.
- New marketing strategy and ability to develop new initiatives, presentations and negotiations.
Job Title: IT Business Intelligence Lead
- Business Intelligence lead, data analytics and reporting is a must, certifications relation to data analysis is a must.
- Ability to develop high level strategic reports with relevant data. Data mining also key.
- First degree in Sciences
- 6-9 years experience needed.
- Understands Service management.
Job Title: Swahili Customer Care Executive
- Bilingual customer care Swahili executive must have the ability to manage requests, do bookings resolving complaints and managing all requests of a customer end to end.
- B.Sc is a must
Job Title: Direct Sales Executive
- Ability to sell, cold canvases, one on one, looking for new markets, sales initiatives, being in a hospitality background added advantage, 4-6 yrs sales experience. presentation skills a must, meeting sales targets also needed.
- First Degree is a must.
