Job Title: Facility Manager
Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
- Direct, supervise and evaluate operational activities of all staff
- Ensure prompt preventive, corrective, and routine maintenance.
- Work towards improving the efficiency of care and organize the records of facility services.
- Inspect condition or functioning of facilities or equipment.
- Liaising with a variety of professionals.
- Utilize problem-solving and technical skills to find creative solutions for administrative and operational problems.
- Regularly presenting reports of company activities to senior management.
- Overseeing all facility management function to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Performing other duties as assigned by Management.
Education, Certification and Experience Requirements
- 5+ years previous experience in facility management.
- Extensive experience managing commercial, residential and infrastructural facilities
- Bachelors Degree (Minimum)
- Microsoft Office software knowledge.
Salary
N200,000 – N250,000 monthly.
