Job Title: Real Estate Scout
Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• Research, identify, scout for and recommend viable investment properties to the company.

Duties and responsibilities

• Surfing the internet to scout for real estate deals
• physically Identify viable property leads through networking
• Physical visits to properties.

Requirements

• Honesty and integrity.
• HND qualification in any of the Social Science courses
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
• Excellent presentation and negotiation skills and the ability to manage multiple locations simultaneously.
• Excellent use of the Microsoft computer packages and use of the internet for research.
• A self-starter with an ability to excel in a dynamic environment
• Excellent organization, and leadership skills.
• Maximum of 2 years Experience.
