Applied Engineering Technology Initiative (AETI) – We are an engineering consulting company, whose focus has been on rendering the following services: Technical Training, Recruitment of technical Personnel, Outsourcing of Technical Personnel and rendering engineering consulting services to the Manufacturing, Oil & Gas, Telecommunications, engineering services, Hospitality Industry, etc. We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Training Executive
Location: Lagos

Key Responsibilities:

• Have the ability to design, structure and coordinate the delivery of training programmes in the areas of electrical/electronics, mechanical, automation or electromechanical engineering
• Be capable of undertaking training need analysis for organizations.
• Effectively coordinate the management of training programmes of the firm
• Evaluate training manual
• Manage training programme schedules
• Effectively manage relationships with facilitators
• Liaise with clients on the training schedule
• Manage training vendors
• The training coordinator will:
• Support the training coordinator in the aforementioned functions
• Provide assistance in marketing for training mandates from various sectors of the economy.
• Develop training proposals and make presentations
• Research and develop training programme curriculum content.

Qualifications:

• B.Sc / B.Eng / HND in Engineering, Electrical / Mechanical preferably, Business Administration, Marketing or other related disciplines with a minimum of 5 years experience in a technical training or engineering consulting organization.
