Job Title: Executive Assistant
Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

 

Responsibilities

• Managing the Managing Director’s calendar and scheduling appointments.
• Acting as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients, and other external partners.
• Handling expense reports and financial documentation regarding the directorate.
• Conducting research and providing information to the Managing Director as needed.
• Assisting in the preparation of board meetings and other executive-level meetings.
• Representing the Managing Director at internal and external meetings when required.
• Prioritizing and managing emails and phone calls.
• Arranging and coordinating meetings, conferences, and business events.
• Preparing reports, presentations, and other documents.
• Making travel arrangements and managing travel itineraries of the Managing Director.
• Perform any other duties as may be assigned by the Managing Director.
