Job Title: Team Lead, Investment and Liability Generation
Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:

• Maintain relationships and develop referrals from the current client base post-appointment.
• Manage self and team sales planning to foster sales and attain financial results.
• Foster team communication to ensure investment-related accountabilities completion daily.
• Coordinate your team to identify business opportunities and secure investment into the organization (especially monthly deposit of Ten million naira per team member)
• Providing coaching to team members on research techniques and telephone skills
• Portfolio management and customer retention.
• Moving leads from unqualified to qualified stage
• Performing research and intelligence gathering on prospects

Requirements:

• Interested candidates should possess Bachelor’s Degree / HND qualifications.
