Job Title: Civil Engineer
Location: Sango Ota, Ogun
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:

• End to end design (incl. BOQ, BOM etc.,) of all construction projects.
• Closely monitor the project execution on a day-to-day basis as per drawings.
• Ensure construction quality through close monitoring of step by step standard construction procedures.
• Preparation of Civil & Structural drawings incl Survey map, Topography, General arrangement drgs, Layouts, Master plans
• Quantity Surveying process and technics incl. Cost estimates, Rate analysis, Comparative matrix, RFQ, BOQ, BOM, scrutinize/Certification of Valuations/Bills.
• Knowledge in PEB.
• Design Management software and technics Incl MS Office, MS Projects

Qualifications:

• B.Eng / HND in Civil Engineering
• Should have over 5 years of experience of which 2 to 3 years should be in a role with the responsibility of design (AUTOCAD Drgs) aspects Commercial/housing projects/ Industrial sheds.
• He should have a 30% design (AUTOCAD drgs) profile with 70% expertise in site management.
• Must have handled projects of commercial / housing and Industrial Sheds.
